Invitation for Bids – Maintenance & Transportation Building

The Dumas School District is accepting sealed bids for exterior repairs to the Maintenance & Transportation building.

Contractors must be licensed and bonded.

Bid Deadline: All sealed bids must be received no later than September 11, 2026.

IMPORTANT:
HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME UPDATE

At this time, we will not be playing Barton for Homecoming. Due to their declining numbers, Barton has made the decision to move to 8-man football, which means our scheduled game will no longer be possible (see graphic).

We are currently in the process of trying to find another opponent to play on that date. However, if we are unable to find a suitable opponent, we may have to move Homecoming to October 23rd against Fordyce.

We sincerely apologize for the uncertainty and any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, this situation is completely out of our hands, and we are doing everything we can to find the best solution for our school, students, athletes and community.

Please be patient with us as we navigate through this unexpected situation. We will notify the public as soon as possible if the Homecoming date needs to be changed.
