Our drone kids crushed it!
They joined a live Kahoot.it showdown with other schools in the Iconic Drone program via Zoom, hosted by the one and only RoboJoe. Teachers and students competed for a chance to win a free drone, and we entered all our certified drone pilots.
Out of 10 total spots, 6 of our students placed in the top 10—how awesome is that?!

DHS Fashion Design Gives Back!
Our Fashion Design students have completed 2 amazing community service projects:

🧵 They sewed pillowcases for Ronald McDonald Charities, bringing comfort and smiles to children in the hospital.

🇺🇸 They also crafted quilt blocks for a Quilt of Valor, which will be presented to a local veteran this Memorial Day in honor of their service.

We’re so proud of their skills, compassion, and heart for the community!

We’re proud to celebrate the success of our students at our 3rd Annual CTE Signing Day!
This year, we honored 12 outstanding students who are taking bold steps toward their futures—7 entering the healthcare field and 5 launching into the welding trade.

A huge thank you to Panhandle Workforce Solutions for making this event possible and supporting our students’ career paths.

Proud Day for Dumas Welding!
What an incredible showing at Western Welding Academy in Gillette, WY! Out of 300 welders from across the U.S.—including competitors from Oregon, Washington, California, Utah, Alabama, Florida, Virginia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, and Montana—Dumas Welding placed 8 welders in the Top 15!

What a day for our Fashion Design / 4-H students!
They competed in two exciting events — Duds to Dazzle and the Fashion Storyboard District contests — and brought home a total of 21 medals!
Even more exciting: 11 storyboards are advancing to the state contest!
