Anyone else feel like barefoot Ashiatsu sessions go by SO fast? 😵‍💫 ESPECIALLY if we spend a little too much time the client’s back… we all know how easy it is to get lost in all those muscles and tight fascia!

This is one of those barefoot techniques I find myself using ALL the time for clients who are closed up like a clam👣❤️ Save a little extra time for the chest & arms—you’ll be glad you did and so will your clients!

I’m a forever continuing education student. 👣

And every class I’ve taken has shaped the instructor I want to be…..both the amazing ones AND the ones that made me think, “DAMN I want to do this differently.”

My goal is simple: create a space where students feel welcomed and NOT just another face, safe asking questions, supported in and after class, and confident in what they’ve learned.

Sometimes the classes that teach me what I don’t want or like are just as valuable as the classes that I fell in love with❤️
