It's time for our Wildcats to show what they know! π¦β¨ In addition to our state testing, students will also be participating in their District Assessments (DA). These local assessments help our teachers understand student progress and ensure we are meeting all our learning goals for the year.
π What You Need to Know:
District Assessments are given at the end of each grading period. They allow students to demonstrate their mastery of the Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) Academic Knowledge and Skills (AKS).
Dates to Remember:
May 13th and 14th
β
How to Support Your Student:
Check the Calendar: Ensure your student is present and on time during their scheduled testing windows.
Fuel Their Brain: A healthy breakfast helps with concentration! π
Encouragement: Remind them that these assessments are just a tool to help their teachers help them succeed.
We are so proud of the hard work our students put in every single day. Let's finish the year strong, Wildcats! πͺπ
