🌱 From Garden to Pantry 🫛

One of my favorite parts of summer is preserving the harvest so we can enjoy it all year long!

Today I pulled a batch of freeze-dried green beans out of the freeze dryer, packed them into mason jars, and sealed them with one of my favorite kitchen tools—a vacuum sealer lid attachment. It helps keep our food fresh and pantry-ready for months to come.

I love finding simple ways to reduce waste, stock our pantry, and make homegrown food last longer. There's something so satisfying about seeing those jars lined up on the shelf knowing they came straight from our garden. 💚

✨ Step back in time at Glensheen Mansion! ✨

One of our favorite stops during our anniversary getaway in Duluth was touring the beautiful Glensheen Mansion.

Built between 1905 and 1908, this breathtaking estate sits on 12 acres along the shores of Lake Superior and features 39 beautifully preserved rooms spread across five floors. Every room tells a story, and the craftsmanship, woodwork, and attention to detail are absolutely incredible.

Whether you love history, architecture, or simply enjoy touring unique places, Glensheen is definitely worth adding to your Duluth bucket list!
