Here is the link to the Gofundme for Mary's bench! We will be putting it on the Munger Trail somewhere between the trailhead and Riverside most likely. There will be a plaque on it in her memory and I am taking suggestions for what to write!
The hope is to get the bench and plaque within two weeks or whenever we raise enough money. They will put it in once temps are above freezing consistently at night. This year that would be March!

LESS than a week left to register for the LAST EVER Rivet Run/Walk! ALL proceeds go directly to the trails at Pattison State Park. Low key, small event, everyone gets a door prize, there are many walkers too! Place in your age group and get a real rivet from a ship! Hot dogs, refreshments, and we have extra dry bags and water bottles for those who registered late. November 6th at noon.

Now that Rich is home, Robin is finding out that his care is really consuming a lot of time! She asked me to add more dates to the meal train calendar so he won't have to eat cereal: )

Rich recently had a stroke which affected much of his movement, especially in his right hand. He is moving home from rehab this Friday and they can use meals three times a week to help him transition and so Robin...

If you have any foot issues at all...Sheree is your gal! For ten years, she used to talk to the Zilch to 5k group before anyone purchased shoes ! She is THE best foot person in town...she was with Essentia for 40 years...then when COVID hit, suddenly she wasn't anymore...so she is on her own doing PT.

Wayne and I had her here outside yesterday, each of us had an hour appointment...mine was to adjust my orthotics which she made and his was for his hip. She's pretty darn hard core, and knows her stuff. She takes cash or HSA and then you submit to insurance.

She will come to you and wear a mask outside like she did with us and she also works with Malcolm.
