For our last Keynote Speaker, we have Jason Amundsen from Locally Laid Egg company! Jason is a part of a Northland family, running a mission-based farm in Wrenshall, Minnesota. He helps create real food for neighbors, while treating his livestock and the planet well in the process. By sourcing and selling locally, Jason is championing Agriculture of the Middle and strengthening rural communities. Come see Jason Amundsen speak at 2:00pm in the Kirby Ballroom!

We’re honored to have Anna Bailey as one of our 3 keynote speakers for the entrepreneurship conference! Anna Bailey is the co-owner of The Bailey Builds Collective with her partner Nathanael. Their shop has quickly grown and they are now nationally renown wood mosaic artists who are pushing their creative boundaries every single day! Come see Anna Bailey talk about how to START✔️, SUCCEED✔️, and SUSTAIN✔️ as an entrepreneur November 9th, 10-3pm, in the Kirby Ballroom. Can't wait to see you there!

We're excited to announce our first keynote speaker, Andrew Weisz from Finden Marketing! Andrew is a UMD Alumni with a passion for helping companies reach their full potential through creative thinking, telling stories, and effective management. Come and see Andrew speak about his experiences as an entrepreneur November 9 in the Kirby Ballroom, 10am-3pm!

WOW! Yesterday was nothing short of amazing. We are so proud of our speakers for taking the stage and speaking on their experiences as entrepreneurs. Let me tell you, they crushed it! We can not thank them enough for giving back and providing the audience with such knowledgeable insight.

Thank you to the students, faculty, staff, and more who came out on a chilly day to support this student-run initiative. It meant the world to us!

Lastly, thank you to our faculty advisor, Katie Chernak, who gave us her time, patience, and advice. Katie works diligently as the Communications Specialist at LSBE and it is very evident that she cares for every student that walks into her office. Some leaders lead from the front, but Katie met us where we were and walked beside us till the very end.
