Bring your kids, your spouse, your friends!
Class format- warm up, guided fitness workout stations and a post Push-up Recovery freeze treat social time.
About a 1 hour commitment, once or twice a week. And a low cost commitment! $10-15
I’m looking for feedback on time frame on weekdays ? 3-4 pm, 4-5 pm or earlier 9-10 am.

Client Spotlight: Pat!
Pat is staying strong and balanced. Pictures here she’s doing a single arm chest press while balanced on the stability ball holding a bridge. Balance Queen! She’s maintains her health by lifting between 2-3x a week, focusing on movements that help her with tennis and general life.
She is in her 70s and can lift some serious weights!

A family affair 🥰 I think it’s so awesome seeing a parent work out with their kids! This mother of two boys was showing them how strong Mom is.
They all crushed their workout.

Equipment highlight: Rogue Assault Bike.
This bike gets the job done quick. Picture benefits of a 45 min workout in 5 mins….
Pure full body intensity in short bursts. It might suck, but it sure is great at maximizing results in a short time.

Look at the new addition 🤩 Sauna package for an after workout perk.
Can comfortably fit 5-6 people if you want to group sauna and workout.
Open to current clients for an add on!
Or consider a small group workout experience plus Sauna built to your needs.

Finished up the 6 week challenge and it was exciting hearing the feedback and seeing some of the habits people were able to maintain!
Some positives:
✔️ from not working out to getting in a consistent number of workouts per week!
✔️staying hydrated and feeling more energetic!
✔️ becoming more mindful of food choices so I didn’t gain during the holiday season!
✔️ making a plan for the week by packing food and planning water intake!
✔️ Trusting the process and being kind to myself!
It’s not all about weight loss, sometimes it’s about the mind shift first. Starting those healthier habits and building off them. And let’s admit, the holiday season and cold season can seriously damper our progress but we pushed through 🙂!
