The Saints Heritage Club recognizes alumni who have reached their 50-year reunion milestone. The Saints Heritage Club members are inducted into the society at the annual Reunion Weekend luncheon. Each member is given a medallion inscribed with the College seal and the Latin words which translate to “All her ways are paths to peace.” The ribbon has two colors: Blue, signifying loyalty, and gold, which signifies the education you received. We invite these members back to campus for certain occasions to recognize their remarkable years of connection to the College.
We look forward to our next gathering on September 8th for Convocation and the Heritage Club Luncheon!

One month later and we’re still not over Reunion Weekend. 🥹💙✨ From hugs that picked up right where they left off, to campus memories, laughter, celebrations, and reconnecting with fellow Saints—it was a weekend we’ll be talking about for a long time.

When Anissa Ewer '26 graduated from The College of St. Scholastica in 2026 with her nursing degree, she followed the footsteps of her mother, Lynn (Blazier) Ewer '95, also a nursing graduate. For both, CSS has been a place where compassion, resilience, and a passion for serving others have flourished.
Anissa says her time at CSS shaped not only the nurse she hopes to become, but the person she is becoming. Following her mom's path gave her a deeper appreciation for Lynn's strength and the unwavering support she has always provided; from cheering her on through softball and college to encouraging her to work hard, treat others with kindness, and chase her dreams.
"CSS taught me a lot about the kind of person and nurse I aspire to be. It showed me the importance of making others feel valued, included, and cared for. I want to be the kind of person who goes out of their way to make those around them feel important."
For Lynn, watching Anissa find her place in nursing has been especially rewarding. One of her proudest moments came when Anissa asked her to present her with her nursing pin, creating a meaningful full-circle moment between mother and daughter.
"It has been a lot of fun seeing Anissa grow and hearing about her experiences. We compare them to now and how things have changed over the years. I advised her to follow her dreams, make lots of memories, and to be herself... to work hard and treat others with kindness."
After graduation, Anissa will begin her nursing career at Essentia Health with hopes of specializing in maternal-child care. As their family's Saints legacy continues with Anissa's younger sister now enrolled in the nursing program, both agree that the St. Scholastica community has strengthened their family while connecting them to something even larger—a tradition of caring that spans generations.
