Have you seen the coloring board on the third floor of Bohannon Hall?
There are numerous studies that suggest coloring mandala designs such as these reduce anxiety and stress significantly! Even if you take just 5 mi items between classes, it allows your brain and body to calm and destress. Happy coloring!
