Big news! UMA’s new youth kickboxing classes are officially here - and they’re already a total hit!

Whether your kid is full of energy, looking to build confidence, or just wants to try something awesome — kickboxing at United Martial Arts is the perfect fit.

Ages 9–12 and 13–19 — we’ve got options for both!

What comes with the program?

✔️UMA shirt with rank
✔️Custom kickboxing shorts or pants
✔️Custom shin guards
✔️High‑energy workouts
✔️Technique‑building drills
✔️A safe, fun space to level up in kickboxing

Class Times:
⭐ Mondays, 6:30–7:15pm (Ages 9–12)
⭐ Wednesdays, 6:30–7:15pm (Ages 13–19)

Mr. Green and Mr. Solem were invited in to teach a self defense and situational awareness course for the awesome folks over at the Duluth Entertainment & Convention Center a few weeks back.

The course was a great opportunity to provide practical training for attendees, helping them better protect themselves and become more aware of their surroundings to prevent potential dangerous situations as they navigate everyday life.
