Great news for 18 to 20-year-olds wanting to get their permit to carry!
The Supreme Court of the United States has upheld the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on the unconstitutionality of Minnesota's permit restriction for 18 to 20-year-old. This means that eligible adults of at least 18 years of age can now take the permit to carry class and get their permit to carry.

❗ URGENT: ROGER SHELTON UPDATE❗ Roger Shelton was last seen in Williams County on January 5, 2024. The Williams County Sheriff’s Office has been diligently following up on leads and tips.
We have obtained camera footage that shows vehicle activity on January 6, 2024, between 6 am and 7 am, near Roger Shelton’s residence. The footage suggests that two vehicles drove through the subdivision of Freedom Meadows and stopped in front of Mr. Shelton’s house for a brief period. It also indicates that one or more individuals may have exited the vehicle. Unfortunately we are unable to identify any details about the vehicles or individuals from the footage.
📍Roger Shelton’s last known public location was the Black Gold Casino, located on the MT/ND border, in the evening hours of January 5, 2024. He is then thought to have traveled home to his residence located near the intersection of Hwy 2 and 146th Ave NW on the west side of Williston (Freedom Meadows).

◾ Mr. Shelton is 5’5” with brown hair and brown eyes
◾ He has tattoos on his left arm: an outline of the Pink Panther outline and the word “roach” written underneath
