At Swift's Leadership Martial Arts, we teach more than just punching and kicking. Our students develop valuable Life Skills such as Focus, Confidence, Respect, Goal Setting and Perseverance! These Life Skills are a part of our curriculum for all ages along with great martial arts skills, practical self-defense, and fitness.

Ms. Swift had the privilege of training in Yang Tai Chi application with Master Bushey this weekend. Now we're extra excited for this summer's Tai Chi in the Park classes!

It's time to order summer t-shirts (and optional kick pants)! This will be our summer uniform from June-August. Students and parents, log in to your Wellness Living account and purchase through our online store. Non-student family members are also welcome to order a shirt to show support and loyalty!

Thank you to our fabulous Taekwondo Moms: the women in uniform who inspire the next generation, the dedicated drivers of kids, the grandmas and aunties who bring kids to class, and the mothers who encourage their kids during at-home practice time, often memorizing the material just to help their kids.
