Our visit from Rocky Run Stables has been postponed. The pony has some health issues that are needing to be resolved before she can resume her favorite activity, visiting children.

There’s just something about seeing big kids coming back to chase each around the yard, hootin’, hollerin’, eating up all my mellies, and playing in the mud like they never even left. I love each and every one of you, and I’m happy to have been part of your early childhood journey. Come see me anytime, I’m always happy to see you. 💜

Friday, May 29th will be our annual School’s Out Taco Party! Yes, I realize it’s a week early, stay home if that bothers you. 😂

Food will be hot by 3:45, first adult here takes all the kids outside. I don’t make the rules. 🤷‍♀️ Wait. Yes I do. 👍🏻👍🏻

If you have an older child…..bring ‘em, but PLEASE keep in mind that my toys are made for YOUNGER KIDS. They can’t be rocking the climbers off the ground, trying to go down the coaster as 10 year olds, or be throwing rocks out of the rock box. Running and general merriment &
hootenanny? YES. Dance party? YES.

There will be PLENTY of food. Your job is to eat it all. 🤤🤤🤤

Do I need help? Not usually, but ya’ll are so sweet to offer.

In case you didn’t know……

Survive the quake is a GREAT game. It’s exactly like it sounds. You create buildings, then see if it survives the quake levels 1-5.
Learning through play is the very best way.

We had a FINE time at the mud hills this morning. Lots of rock throwing, puddle stomping, and trucks getting stuck in mud.
Percentage of kids who had fun: 99.9%.
Percentage of care that kids are getting wet and muddy: 0%.
It is ok to be wet.
It is ok to be covered in mud.
It is ok to jump in puddles.
It is ok to put the trucks in mud.
It. All. Washes. Off.
