Rodolfo grew up believing opportunity was scarce, and his future felt already decided for him. He doubted himself, felt small, and mixed beliefs built a wall between him and God. Everything shifted when Beyond Success changed his view. Lesson 5 exposed the “trash can” and the “wall” in his heart, and he prayed with John and stepped into purpose. Today, he's become a facilitator. He now travels miles to teach young people and influence his community. In his own words: “I once felt too small to make a difference. It's easy to give out of obligation instead of joy. But 2 Corinthians 9:7 challenges us to something better: each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. There are moments in life where we find ourselves in seasons we least expect to be in. It's frustrating to have questions, unfinished chapters, and wandering thoughts asking if we've truly made progress.

Philippians 1:6 (MSG) reminds us that unfinished doesn't mean forgotten.

The work God began in you, for you, is still unfolding. What feels like a slow season may be preparation for something bigger than you've ever asked for.

So many leaders carry more than they show. Matthew 11:28 speaks directly to that weight: come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. A person's character isn't built overnight, it's shaped in the choices we make... or don't!

Character is what actually holds a leader together when everything is tested. Title and influence come and go but character, now that's something that will be remembered for a long time.
