Did you know?
The Duluth Armory Arts & Music Center will feature more than 30,000 square feet of leasable tenant space.
As we continue bringing this iconic building back to life, we're looking for businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, entertainment concepts, retailers, educational programs, and community organizations that want to be part of one of Duluth's most exciting redevelopment projects.
If you've ever imagined your business in a space with history, character, and thousands of annual visitors, we'd love to start the conversation.
