I have summer Kindermusik classes at St Paul’s Episcopal church in the children’s room on Fridays. We will meet 6/19, 6/26, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31 at 9:30. I have summer set up as attending all classes or 1 time events called Kindermusik play dates to accommodate summer schedules. Please let me know if I can answer any questions for you.

These are one time events using the same curriculum but designed for families who can’t attend all sessions.

A Merry Little Christmas play date at Lafayette Community Center on Park Point Saturday December 13 from 10-11:30.

Join me for Christmas themed crafts and activities. We will jingle all the way, listen to stories, move through the woods to grandmothers house, explore instruments, sing and dance, and connect together. One time mixed ages class with caregivers. Cost is $10 per child (siblings under 6 months are free with maximum $15 per family).

Children learn best with their bodies. By providing a venue for movement, either in Kindermusik class or at home, children have a chance to “try out” a variety of creative, self-expressive movements. Being sensory learners, children should be encouraged to move, use their imaginations, and engage their large and small muscle groups, all in a safe place where they are mentally and emotionally connected. Physical, mental, and emotional developmental qualities of young children are so interwined and interrelated that when one area is affected, the other two areas are equally affected (adapted from Geigert, 2006).
