Continuing our Intro series, we have now added a 4 week “Intro To Striking” course. This course will be held every other month on Wednesdays from 5pm - 6pm.

🔥 SEMINAR ALERT: The Reverse Closed Guard with Dusty Hjelle! 🔥

We are incredibly excited to welcome one of our affiliates Dusty Hjelle of Drengr Jiu-Jitsu from Duluth, to Theory Jiu-Jitsu for a special workshop focused on the Reverse Closed Guard (aka Donkey Guard). 🫏

Dusty has battle-tested this position, using it successfully many times at a high competitive level to control opponents and set up attacks (including at a Jeff Glover tournament, widely known as the person who popularized the position in modern Jiu-Jitsu). He knows the ins and outs of making this guard work, and he is looking forward to bringing this system to our gym community.
