We kicked off our first Country of the Month on Wednesday by celebrating Vietnam! Did you know that 8 out of 10 people in Vietnam own a motorbike? Vietnam is also the world’s second-largest coffee producer, behind Brazil, and the world’s largest exporter of cashew nuts! What a fun way to learn about another country and its unique culture! 🇻🇳 🏍️ ☕️ 🍲

Congratulations to 7th grader Lincoln Overholt on winning Student of the Month for October. Lincoln was chosen for the respect he shows his teachers and the leadership he demonstrates amongst his classmates. In school Lincoln is on the middle school basketball team, and his favorite subject is Science. When he is not in school, he enjoys riding his dirt bike. Congratulations, Lincoln!

We were blessed to have Pastor Sergey and his wife Viktoriia with us in chapel this morning. They are visiting from Ukraine where they work with families displaced from the war helping to provide housing. Please pray for the victims of this conflict and for the Christians that are working to bring relief to the region. 🙏

Sunday evening was our 17th Commencement Ceremony at the Shiloh gymnasium. Mr. Jerry Stoltzfus spoke to the packed gym about how we are each writing our own story and the importance of making it one worth living.

After hearing their names called and receiving their diplomas, the graduates honored Mrs. Lorraine Wengerd, who for many of them had been their teacher from 3rd through 12th grade.

It was a special evening filled with reminiscing, celebration, and anticipation for the future! 👩‍🎓 👨‍🎓 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣ 🦅
