A big shout-out to Cathy! For several years, Cathy has chosen to help with our service-learning yard work projects. While helping isn't required as part of her role, she always jumps in with a positive attitude and a willingness to work alongside our students. She brings plenty of laughter to the job and helps make each project a success. Cathy chooses to be involved because she sees the impact these experiences have on our students and our community. We truly appreciate her dedication and support!

Every now and then, one of our graduates invites their teachers to their graduation party! Leo proudly displayed the end-grain cutting board and keepsake box she made in Woodworking class. We are proud of what she created, and even more proud of all she has accomplished. Congratulations, Leo! 🎓🪵✨

Another yard project in the books! Our students did a great job tackling the work and making a difference in the community. As a bonus, they got to spend some time with Mable and Bernie, two familiar faces who are always welcome visitors at AVC. Great work, everyone!
