Lily (McKinlay) Reed (C’15) is helping people learn and grow through her work as manager of learning systems and programs at Conservation International. Her career in learning and development began after serving as an adjunct instructor at UD, an experience that helped shape her professional path.
During her time at the University of Dubuque, Lily worked in the Charles Myers Library, served as a peer writing tutor, participated in theatre and the arts, and was co-managing editor of The Belltower. Her advice to current students is to stay open-minded, explore opportunities outside their comfort zone, and learn from those around them.
