prepare them for lifelong learning. In July 2001, Wahlert High School and all Dubuque Catholic elementary schools and early childhood centers joined to become a system called Holy Family Catholic Schools. This was done so that our Catholic schools could continue to strive toward the goal of making our Catholic elementary and secondary schools available, accessible and affordable to all Catholic parents and their children while providing an exceptional educational experience for our young people—one that is both truly Catholic and of the highest academic quality.
