HACAP held its Head Start graduation and year-end celebration at Steeple Square last week. How fun to see the graduates and their families and friends on this fun day 🎉🎉

Thanks to Dr. Katie Boyer Katie Boyer and University of Dubuque students who did a wonderful job of cleaning the playground and equipment in preparation for winter. We are very grateful!

Head Start programs to expand at Dubuque, Dyersville child care centers A federal grant will help expand access to preschool and child care for low-income families in Dubuque and Dyersville.

The Marita Theisen Childcare Center is a proud participant of the Great Give Day 2023, hosted by our supporters at the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque.
