Get involved with PALS by supporting our t-shirt fundraiser, volunteering for the fall carnival or joining one of our monthly meetings!

📣 New Arrival & Dismissal Procedures 📣

With Nevada turning into a one-way street in the next few weeks, we will be moving to a car line system for both arrival and dismissal for the start of the school year. We are excited for this opportunity to make our procedures safer for all of Our Lions!

The car line will begin on the corner of Forest Lane and Booth Street (A) go down Forest Lane before turning onto Nevada Street which will be a one-way street moving from north to south. Cars will exit onto W. 5th Street, where the car line will end.

For arrival, all students will arrive through the gates on Nevada street starting at 8:10 AM. Students should not arrive to campus prior to that time. Students will be able to enter the building and go through the breakfast line at 8:10 AM.

Parents must be in the car line to drop off or pick up by vehicle. Those in the thru lane may not stop and students will not be allowed to enter or exit cars not in the car line.

Parents will stay in cars and will not get out. The car line will not stop. Staff will radio for students who will be in cue when their parent arrives at the gate.

For those wanting hand-to-hand drop off and pick-up and for walkers, those students will be dismissed on the Booth Street side of the building. Parents should park on side streets and come to the Booth street side of the playground for pick-up.

Dismissal will occur for walkers at 3:10 PM and for riders at 3:15 PM. Students will begin to be called at that time for car line.

This change in procedure will occur at the start of the school year with the change to Nevada traffic happening soon.

More information will be shared at Student Orientation conferences but as you plan for your transportation to and from school, please keep this in mind!
