Summer Send-Off Celebration!

Hello Irving Families!!!
As we wrap up a fantastic school year, we’re excited to invite you and your child to our Summer Send-Off Celebration!

📍 Location: Irving and Hoover Elementary School Dismissal Locations

Please join the PTO representatives at each dismissal locations to send off your student! Don’t worry if you can’t be there to join us, your child(ren) will still feel the love!

Irving
Preschool: Gym Door #1
Kindergarten: Back lot/playground
First Grade: Door #3 & #4 near the bus zone
2nd Grade: Main Door #2
5th Grade: Door #3 & #4 near the bus zone

Hoover
3rd and 4th grade: front door

Join us as we celebrate the end of a great year filled with learning, laughter, and growth. Please feel free to make signs, bring balloons, and celebrate each student! If your student rides the bus they will feel the love with lots of cheering and celebrating, too!!

Hi 5th graded families!

You did it!! You have a lot to celebrate as your kiddos mark the end of their elementary days and head off to middle school! You are invited to celebrate these final elementary moments tomorrow during our 5th grade walk! This year our walk will take place outside so we can accommodate all of our kids and avoid construction! Please plan to arrive between 2:40 - 2:50. Our walk will begin at 2:50. You are welcome to line the sidewalk with any grade level marked on the map below.

I've encouraged our other grades to bring signs or other parade items to celebrate. I will also have a little music as we walk! You are also welcome to then take your child home after the walk if you wish. Please just let the office know! Please click on the link below for a map of our walking route!
