👏Congrats to our Dubuque County Dairy Quiz Bowl team! 🐮

⚡️⚡️There were several power outages across Dubuque County yesterday, so don’t assume everything in your refrigerator or freezer is automatically safe once the power comes back on!

A closed refrigerator keeps food safe for about 4 hours. A full freezer can keep food safe for about 48 hours, and a half-full freezer for about 24 hours.

When in doubt, throw it out — foodborne illness is not worth the risk!

Out of caution with the impending weather, we will not have PoP Club at the Dyersville Farmers Market today.

We're looking for more youth mentors and more buddies for our 2026 Bacon Buddies program! 🐷💚

This is an amazing opportunity to make a difference, build leadership skills, and help create an inclusive and fun experience for everyone involved. Bacon Buddies takes place after the Swine show on Thursday, July 30.

🎉BACK for 2026…PoP Club is returning to the Dyersville Farmer’s Market!

This fun, hands-on activity is a great way for kids to explore the market, taste new foods, and learn about local foods!

🗓 First one: Thurs, June 11 3-5pm
📍 Every other week until school starts, last one is August 13
👧 Ages 3–12
💵 Kids get $5 in Rooted Bucks to spend at the market each time they participate! 🥕

Our first activity of the season is Mystery Box + Taste Test! Kids will get to use their senses, make a few guesses, and maybe even try something new.

Bring your young shoppers and we’ll see you there! 🥕🍓🧑‍🌾
