Holy Week has been a meaningful and beautiful time in our classrooms 🤍

Our Little Eagles have been walking through the story of Jesus in such intentional and hands-on ways. From celebrating Palm Sunday with joy, to sharing in the Last Supper, to learning about the washing of the feet and experiencing the Stations of the Cross, these moments have brought their learning to life in powerful ways.

Even our youngest learners have been preparing their hearts, growing in understanding, and experiencing the love of Jesus through these sacred traditions.

As we reflect on the holiest week of the year, we are reminded what a gift it is to share these moments with children. Their curiosity, wonder, and joy make this story come alive in the most special way.

We now look ahead with hope and excitement as we prepare to celebrate the joy of Easter and the resurrection of Jesus ✝️

We have a very special shout-out to give to Anita Valentine as she celebrates 30 incredible years in Catholic early childhood education.

There are people who do a job, and then there are people who leave a legacy. Anita is the definition of a legacy.

To those who know her, she is so much more than a director. She is a mentor, a steady and trusted voice for staff, and a listening, understanding heart for families. And to the children, she is simply “Ms. Anita” — and yes, even in a large program, the children know her by name, run to her in the hallways, and feel her presence every single day.

Anita has walked alongside families not just for a season, but for generations. One of her greatest joys is seeing former students come back as parents or even as staff — a full circle moment that speaks to the lasting impact she has made.

She leads with determination, grit, and grace. No challenge is too big, and if you ever think about challenging her, be ready — her competitive spirit will rise up and she will find a way to make it happen.

Under Anita’s leadership, her program has flourished and grown into a shining light on the north end. But what truly sets her apart is her heart — her loyalty, her unwavering commitment, and the way she shows up for people again and again. She is the kind of leader who will always have your back.

Anita, we are beyond proud of you. Thank you for 30 years of loving children, supporting families, and pouring into staff. Because of you, lives have been shaped, families have been supported, and a community has been strengthened.

Your impact is lasting, and your legacy is felt every single day. We are so lucky to celebrate you. 💛💙

They may not be ready for use just yet, but the excitement is already building. This new entryway is just one more step in creating a space that is welcoming, safe, and built for our families.

Seeing it through their eyes makes it even more special 💛

The littlest learners are doing big things 💛

Every moment in our infant classrooms is filled with discovery, connection, and growth. From exploring textures and strengthening muscles during tummy time, to those proud first moments of sitting up and smiling, learning is happening all around them.

You might see a baby mouthing a toy or hugging a doll, but these simple moments are building the foundation for so much more—sensory exploration, early language, motor development, and even beginning social awareness as they experience the world around them.

We believe even our youngest Little Eagles deserve intentional, nurturing environments where they feel safe to explore, grow, and be loved.

Because in early childhood, the smallest moments matter the most ✨

Happy first day of spring. 🌱☀️
As we continue through this Lenten season, we are reminded that we are preparing our hearts for Jesus and taking time to recognize the many gifts God has given us.

One of the greatest gifts is the world around us. From feeling the grass beneath our feet to exploring natural elements and noticing the changing season, children experience God’s creation in meaningful and joy-filled ways.

Spring is here, and we are ready to explore, discover, and grow. 💛

When our teachers share the incredible learning happening in their classrooms… it’s hard not to want to share it with everyone 💛

🚧👷‍♀️ This week in Preschool, children stepped into the role of architects—planning, designing, and building their own structures using blocks, recycled materials, and their imagination.

Through intentional, hands-on experiences, they’re exploring how things work, solving problems, and bringing their ideas to life.

It’s purposeful learning, driven by curiosity—and it’s pretty amazing to watch unfold.
