Hello UD community!
College can bring a mix of excitement and stress, and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed at times. Taking care of your brain health is an important part of thriving in this chapter of life. You don’t have to go through it alone; support is always within reach. Next week, September 7 through 12, 2025, we will be celebrating Fall Brain Health Week on campus. Throughout the week, you’ll have opportunities to connect, engage, and learn more about the resources available to you. See photos for more details!

These are the fall semester dates that Hillcrest Family Services will be on-site at SKSHC for free and confidential STI testing. This service is also available at their “A New Day Clinic,” just one mile from campus, every M-F 8am-6pm.

Exciting news!
UD has a new partnership with TimelyCare starting today, August 1, 2025. UD students, faculty and staff will be able to connect with medical and brain health professionals 24/7/365! This will be a fantastic asset to utilize outside of SKSHC normal business hours. Don’t forget to schedule an in-person follow-up with one of our medical or brain health professionals who are available on campus M-F.
