Because of your generosity, we’re able to provide healthy snacks for some of the youngest residents of our community. We are so grateful to have local organizations that care about our children and continue to support our little ones in such meaningful ways.
It truly takes a community to support our children, and we are so thankful to be part of one that continuously shows up for them! Thank you, Kiwanis, for helping keep our Little Lambs happy, healthy, and well-fed! 🥰🍎🥕

Another busy week at the center! ☀️💦

We spent some time outside watering our trees and giving our playground equipment a good wash. The kids had so much fun helping out and getting a little wet along the way!

Then we made our very own river! We watched as leaves and flowers floated downstream and talked about how water moves and carries things along. 🌿🌸 It turned into such a simple but fun little science activity.

Our oldest friend also got to learn something new this week..how to bead on a loom! She worked so patiently and carefully and ended up making her very own bracelet. 🥰 Watching her learn a new skill and be so proud of what she created was the sweetest.

I can't believe summer is already coming to an end. We have the next two weeks to soak up as much time as we can with our Pre-K friends before they head off to the big school. ❤️

We're going to enjoy every last bit of summer, make some more memories, and probably get a little messy along the way! 🌞

Happy International Day of Friendship!

Today was one of those days that reminds me why I love what I do.
We spent the day talking about friendship and what it means to be a good friend. Our kiddos worked side by side, getting to know each other a little better while drawing pictures of the things they love most like; Mom, Dad, their favorite animals, toys, and all the little things that make them smile.

Then we got out the paint and let their creativity take over. 🎨 Even our tiniest friend joined in, and it was so much fun watching everyone create together.

My favorite part of the day wasn't the crafts, it was listening to the conversations. Hearing the kids ask each other questions, tell stories, and find things they have in common was the sweetest reminder that friendship can be so simple. A kind word, a shared laugh, or just taking the time to listen can be the start of something special.

Days like today remind us that we're not only helping children learn and grow, we're helping them build friendships, confidence, and kindness that will stay with them long after they leave our center.

Another week of summer fun is in the books! ☀️💛
We've been so busy making memories that sometimes we forget to stop and take pictures of all the fun!

This week our friends enjoyed nature walks, met a new furry friend (the sweetest puppy 🐶), created beautiful “milk galaxies” during our science activity, got their hands messy making mud pies, and chased bubbles around the playground.

Every activity has a purpose. Our nature walks encourage curiosity and observation, our science experiments spark creativity and critical thinking, sensory play like mud pies helps strengthen fine motor skills and supports emotional regulation, and bubbles help develop hand-eye coordination, visual tracking, and gross motor skills! All while the kids think they're just having fun!

These little moments of exploring, laughing, and learning are what summer is all about. We are so thankful to spend our days watching these amazing kiddos grow, discover, and make memories together. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Life has been busy around the center lately, and honestly, we wouldn't have it any other way!

Ms. Trish has been such an amazing addition to our daycare family. The kids absolutely adore her, and she has jumped right in as if she's always been here. We are so thankful to have her on our team!

We've been on quite the adventure these last few weeks learning all about the solar system, talking about the planets, and building our own rockets. Seeing the excitement on the kids' faces when they discover something new is one of the best parts of what we do.

Our new mud kitchen has definitely become a favorite! The girls have been cooking up the fanciest meals and serving everyone with the biggest smiles. Their imaginations amaze me every day, and it's so fun listening to their little conversations while they play.

Thanks to our new stroller, we've also been able to take neighborhood walks. The kids love getting out to wave at people, look for birds, point out flowers, and just enjoy the fresh air together.

It's hard to believe summer is already flying by. We've been soaking up every minute with our Pre-K friends before they head off to the "big school." Watching these little ones grow into confident, kind, and independent kids has been such a blessing. While we're so excited for their next adventure, we're definitely going to miss having them here every day.
