Having Instructor Thomas with us is such a huge blessing. We love seeing how the kids genuinely enjoy and follow his high-energy classes. Whenever their attention drifts, we always admire how calmly and firmly he brings them right back on track. On top of his amazing Taekwondo skills, we are truly inspired by how hard he works and constantly studies during every staff training to become a better teacher. We are so grateful and proud to work alongside him.

Level 2 is officially underway!

Our Green and Blue Belts geared up this week to begin their sparring journey. Sparring is practical self-defense, discipline, and building control.

Before any training starts, our students learn how to put on their gear properly and help their peers do the same. True martial arts begins with taking care of one another.
