🎤📚 LITERACY HAS A BEAT TOO! 🔥

My PIM family understood the assignment for Literacy Month! They MADE A RAP! 🎶👏🏾

Literacy isn’t just reading a book. It’s writing, rhyming, speaking, creating, communicating and finding YOUR voice!

This is what we mean when we say…
📚 The World is FULL of Literacy!

Now turn the volume UP and check out my PIM family! 🎤🔥

📐 AREA…but make it HANDS-ON! 😂🧮

Today my Legacy Learners learned that AREA isn’t just A = L × W written on a piece of paper. We had to BUILD IT, COVER IT, COUNT IT, and understand WHY it works! 🙌🏾

Using linking cubes, we explored square units, rows, columns, length, width, and how multiplication helps us find the area of a space.

And of course Ms. A had to make it funny because around here… if we can laugh AND learn, we’re doing both! 😂

This is what learning looks like at A’s Learning Legacy—sometimes we’re at the table, sometimes we’re on the floor, but we’re ALWAYS learning! 💛📚
