August 15, 1947, also known as India's Independence Day, and what a great way to celebrate the 77th anniversary of that day with all the 7 musical notes, it is my honor and pleasure to present my Santoor recital for all those that were actually present to witness that golden day for India, all our seniors from the India Community. Center, from Milpitas or West Valley, and anyone and everyone that would like to join us, its an open event, free for all and all are welcome. Joining me on the Tabla is none other than, Mukta Raste, an amazing tabla player from aamchi mumbai, on her short visit to USA.
This is a concert during working hours and a rare one to catch up around lunch time if you are working in this heart of the silicon valley area :)
The concert is on August. 15, 2024 Thursday, from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm at At ICC West Valley Senior Center Crystal Hall
