We are so excited about this new fundraising opportunity! On Monday, September 28th, Jr. Beta Club will host its first ever Mahjong Night! This event will be held at the OWL gymnasium. Doors will open at 5:15, with dinner available from 5:15-6:15. Dinner is included in the cost and will consist of chilis, soups, sandwiches, fixings for soups/chili, drinks and desserts. Open play will commence at 6:15 and continue for 2 hours! The player with the top score will win a prize, and we will be selling raffle tickets for other great prizes, as well. Raffle tickets are cash only, $5 for one or 5 for $20. The cost to enter a table is $100. There is a link on the attached flyer, or you can click on the separate link provided below to sign up on our Google Form. Payments for the team can be made online (see the link in the Google form) or by cash/check to the school. Please make checks payable to WLMS Beta Club.
Gather a team together, and if you don't play, spread the word by sharing the flyer and information! We need your advertisement to help make this a huge success! Thank you for always supporting our students and Jr. Beta Club!
