Stagecraft class had to figure out how to create a support structure for a 4' by 8' Broadway flat out of toothpicks and marshmallows. It was harder than they thought but they got there. 😊

🎨Students in Art Foundations 1 requested to make slime during art class. We had a fellow student who is enrolled in Teachers For Tomorrow volunteer to teach the class. Tyler Warden taught the art class alongside Ms. Nuckles to create mulitcolored and textured slime. Students experimented with color, textures, and various ways to create the best slime. Everyone had a great time!

💇‍♀️💇‍♂️💈During this first week in Cosmetology II we introduced ourselves to each other with speed date a classmate activity, preparing for our state board examination by learning about the sections of the examination, and beginning to prep for clients by reviewing our service list. In Cosmetology I we learned about our wonderful salon, our offerings through an activity called station rotation where students experienced different activities at various stations that we will dive into throughout our year! What fun and learning occurred simultaneously!!
