As your Wellness Mentor, I'm simply reminding you (of things you already know) but just how high of an importance it is to start the day strong. Here's my personally curated list of high-protein breakfasts - I included approx protein grams as well 😋, ensuring you kickstart each day with nourishing energy.

Don't forget, a little preparation goes a long way—plan your breakfasts for the week and relish in the simplicity of delicious, healthy choices! I am not a huge fan of dairy, however, I have incorporated a few options with dairy choices that I too will eat occasionally. Without specifics just yet- simply put- dairy is harder for the body to break down typically and slows digestion and overall gut health- but we will save that for another post. 💪🍳

𝑬𝒎𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 is a hard one at times, 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏. However, what if it is where we discover the depth of our resilience and the brilliance of our own light. 💫 I do know that…IN MY LIGHT is where I move mountains 🏔️, I build, I innovate, I grow - In my light, 𝑰 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒓, 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒗𝒓. I’m sure you’ve seen that in yourself too.
