ATTN: Summer Schedule Class Change….
Starting Monday June 1st and all following Mondays for the Summer and into Fall…ALL MONDAY CLASSES ARE NOGI.
So, to make it easy, Monday/Wednesdays will be NoGi and Tuesday/Thursday will be Gi.
