Shamrock Hills TK-8 School opens!

Scores of Dublin community members attended a ribbon-cutting event at Shamrock Hill's TK-8 school on Saturday, August 1, 2026. The District's newest elementary school will be welcoming students beginning next week -- on August 11, 2026.

Tonight, we recognized Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, Chris Hobbs, for nearly 30 years of service in public education and for his service to the Dublin Unified School District since 2018. Mr. Hobbs retires at the end of this month.

Each day, Shamrock Hills TK-8 gets closer to welcoming its first students. These new aerial photos highlight the progress across our newest campus, from finished buildings and green spaces to the final touches that will soon transform this site into a thriving school community.
In just weeks, we’ll celebrate this milestone with a public ribbon cutting on Saturday, August 1, before opening to students on August 11.
The countdown is on, Tigers. We can’t wait to welcome you home!
