Leadership Academy is almost here! ✨🏕

As Kappas prepare to come together to grow, connect, and discover their own leadership potential, we’re reminded of the lasting impact this experience has.

After attending Leadership Academy 2025, Shelby Covey, Monmouth, shared: “I want to be the type of person that people can look to for guidance and support. I saw Leadership Academy as an opportunity to not only learn about leadership, but to learn about the kind of leader that I wanted to be.”

Leadership Academy is made possible through funding from the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation, which provides transformational leadership experiences for Kappas across North America. ✨

Life can be so unpredictable and hectic, but this chapter is my daily reminder that I NEVER have to carry everything on my own. These women are constants for me and they lead me to heights that I once had doubts about reaching. They taught me that my feelings really do matter and meet me right where I am with no expectations at all. Having this unconditional system of support has been by far the most valuable part of my Lafayette experience!!
