Back Pickup Reminder

When picking up your child from the back of the school, please park in a designated parking spot and walk to the sidewalk to meet your child. This helps keep our students safe and prevents them from having to walk through moving traffic.

Dismissal Locations:

❤️ Kindergarten, 2nd & 4th Grade: Red pavilion located south of the building
🖤 1st & 3rd Grade: Main entrance on the back side of the building

Tomorrow is the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! 🍎📚

We can’t wait to get this year started! The excitement and energy at Open House tonight was contagious, and it was so wonderful to see so many smiling faces.

Thank you for trusting our school with your children. We are looking forward to a year filled with learning, growing, friendships, and lots of great memories!

We're so excited to welcome our students back for another amazing school year!
📅 Back-to-School Night: Tuesday, August 11 | 6:00-7:30 p.m. (ECH, Kindergarten-4th Grade)
📚 First Day of School: Wednesday, August 12
🚗 Morning Back Drop-Off: Begins at 7:20 a.m.
🚗 Morning Front Drop-Off: Begins at 7:40 a.m. (after the buses have unloaded)
⏰ School Begins: 8:00 a.m.
🕑 2:00 p.m. Dismissal: August 12-14
🥞 Breakfast & Lunch are FREE for all students!

Du Quoin CUSD #300 is excited to partner with First Student to welcome families on Monday, August 3, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the K-8 Building. Families attending student registration are invited to stop by First Student's event.

This event is open to students of all grade levels and is a great way to kick off the new school year while completing registration. We appreciate First Student for providing this special event and look forward to seeing students and families on August 3!
