Our preschoolers are having a great time playing with the "Stretchy Band" in Mrs. Smith's music class! The kids are learning about rhythm and beat, developing motor skills, and creating music all at the same time. Thank you to the Greater DuBois Area Community Endowment Fund for providing funding for a variety of items that will be used in our pre-k - 5 music classes!

Each week all this year, DCC will be sharing a new Bible verse with our entire school community. This week's verse, "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord," comes from the Book of Joshua. The verse stresses the importance of keeping God and his laws above our own selfish desires. Mrs. Pisarcik's first grade class colored some beautiful posters to take home and share the Good News with their families!
