GCHS OPEN HOUSE | Monday August 17th | 6:00–8:00 PM

We are excited to see everyone at Open House!

To help make the evening as smooth as possible, please follow the directions below when you arrive:

If ALL parts of online registration are complete — including the FRAM form, fees, and parking pass (if applicable) — please enter through the Gym Lobby doors. You will pick up your student’s schedule in the hallway and then head out to meet their teachers.

If you still have any part of online registration or fees to complete, no problem. Please enter through the doors at the back of the gym. We will have staff available to help you complete anything that is still needed. Once everything is finished, you’ll be directed to the hallway where your student’s schedule will be ready for you.

All families will pick up schedules in the hallway once registration requirements are complete.

Completing everything ahead of time will help make the process quicker and easier for everyone.

We’re looking forward to seeing our GCHS families from 6:00–8:00 PM!

Hello GCHS families! As we start off the school year, please remember that if your child will require medications to be given at school, a new order and new medication must be provided to the nurse. If you took medications last year, all orders expired at the end of the school year and all medications were discarded or sent home. You will also need an order for any over the counter medications such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen etc. All over the counter medications must be in a sealed bottle and prescriptions must be in the original container from the pharmacy with name and directions for dosage. Also, any student that carries and epi-pen, inhaler or diabetic supplies at school will also need new orders. Orders can be faxed to the nurse at 859-824-9756 or emailed to [email protected]. The nurse will be available on Monday Aug. 17th if you would like to drop off meds/orders or speak with her regarding your student. She can be reached at 859-824-9739 ext. 4235

Due to the power outage the remainder of our Fee Day for Tuesday August 11th has been cancelled. Hopefully power will be restored for tomorrow. Fee day will be from 8-4 on Wednesday August 12th.
