FREE school supplies while supplies last!

All Grant County residence with students preschool - 12th grade are welcome to attend. Students must be present to receive supplies.

Families will pull into the main GCHS entrance, park in the FIRST parking lot to the RIGHT, and then enter the building at the CTE entrance.

A HUGE thank you to our many community partners coming out this Saturday and a special thanks to Dry Ridge Walmart for the grant for FRYSC to shop for school supplies!

This event is self-transport! Families need to arrive by 5 PM
to get their concessions and seats! The Youth Service Center will provide drinks, popcorn, and candy. Food such as pizza, nachos, wings will need to be purchased separately!

Movie Night #4 will be Monday 7/20/26, this will be Toy Story 4 and doors will open at GCHS at 5:30 and movie will start at 6pm.

Movie Night #5 will be the following night 7/21/26, Toy Story 5 and we will be going to Cinemark in Florence.

We have sent the link to families that have attended the local movie nights for them to sign up first. Once they have signed up, we will open the remaining tickets up to any other GC schools students and their families. If you have attended a movie and didn’t receive the link, please message us here and we will make sure you get it.

Important information: we will still do food distribution this afternoon. With construction we ask people to please not arrive before 3pm. We do not have anywhere for a line to form and need to stream line this as best we can. Change of plans enter in the first career and tech entrance you will see the yellow food pantry sign, circle around the cone and leave out the same entrance. Just as we do for parent drop off and pick up during the school year. If you have any questions please call 859-824-9739.

July Food Distribution will be this Thursday 7/16/26 from 3-5:30pm. At this time due to construction we’re unsure of where pickup will be but will update Thursday morning.

Movie night #3 will be tonight, there is a lot of construction going on at GCHS, so please park in the staff lot. The staff lot is directly to the right of the stop sign on campus. Movie night #4 will be next Monday July 20th. We plan to go to Cinemark in Florence next Tuesday July 21st and see Toy Story 5. We’re waiting for next week showtimes to be released to announce a time and purchase tickets. Once the tickets are purchased we will release a sign up. We will take care of tickets and concessions at the theatre but families will be responsible for their own transportation. Please let me know if you have any questions.
