🍎 A Sweet Taste of Fall! 🍎

Our kindergarten and first-grade students had a wonderful time peeling apples to make homemade applesauce, which they really enjoyed eating!

The afternoon was filled with even more delicious apple treats, including apple crisp, biscuits with apple butter, and refreshing apple c***r. 🍎

What a fun and tasty way to celebrate the flavors of fall! ❤️

🙏 Today our school participated in See You at the Pole! 🙏

We are so thankful for the opportunity to come together as a school family and take time to pray.

A special thank you to Pastor Bob Paddock for leading us in prayer. He guided us through five meaningful areas of prayer:

The Annual Golf Tournament is quickly approaching, and we need your help!

We are currently seeking the following:

• Hole sponsorships
• Tournament sponsorships
• Team sponsorships

Please contact a business you patronize ASAP and ask them to consider sponsoring a hole or a team. Use the flyer included in the first week’s folder to help secure a sponsor.

If you are able to secure more than one sponsor, please contact the office for additional flyers.

Individuals may also sponsor a hole in honor or in memory of someone special to their family.

This golf tournament is our major fundraiser of the year, and we depend on your support to help keep the cost of tuition down.

Your participation is CRITICAL to the success of this fundraiser!

We are so grateful for a smooth and productive first week of school! What a joy it has been to see our students back on campus and learning, growing, and making memories together.

One of the highlights of the week was an impromptu skit performed by our 5th grade class during our first assembly of the year. As David was being pursued by King Saul, he turned to the Lord and prayed the words of Psalm 16:11: “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy.”

What a beautiful connection to our verse for the year, Nehemiah 8:10: “The joy of the Lord is your strength.”

What a wonderful reminder as we begin this new school year: true joy is found in the Lord, and He is our strength for whatever lies ahead. We are excited to see all that God will do in and through our students this year! 💙

Last week, faculty and staff—both past and present—gathered for a special luncheon to honor Mrs. Karen Brown on her retirement.

We are deeply grateful for her many years of faithful service to Heritage and the lasting impact she has made on our school community. As she begins this exciting new chapter, we wish her every blessing, joy, and happiness in the years ahead. Congratulations, Mrs. Brown!

Biblical Worldview
o Guiding our students to realizing God and His Word as authoritative truth
o Establishing a framework for interpreting experiences and making choices according to biblical principles.

o “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”. (Jeremiah 29:11)
