Our students were a part of an assembly today presented by Bikers Against Bullies USA . Organizations like Bikers Against Bullies USA do a wonderful job of delivering powerful, real-world messages about empathy and respect in a way that truly engages young people. The opportunity for students to interact directly with the host often helps those lessons stick long after the assembly ends. Thank you to Flash, Kitty, Shadow and Hound for taking the time to talk with our students!!

The Lady Trojans take on Lincoln tomorrow at 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm. JH Volleyball will also be playing Lincoln in games at 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm in the main gym.

The 7th graders started the year off by learning the writing process through a week of making and improving their paper airplanes. They ended the unit by having a class where they competed to throw their paper airplanes the farthest. In the end, Declan won, with Zoom coming second, and Jersi taking third. Great work to all of these kids starting off Junior High strong!

Our Freshman class along with Mr. Belnap took a field trip to Butte to monitor a section of the Clark Fork River for restoration efforts. They have been studying this in Biology and were able to have a hands on experience.

Our Drummond Trojans Cross Country runners hit the course at the Manhattan Invitational and put in another strong effort!

We’re proud of the determination, hard work, and team spirit our runners continue to show each time they step to the starting line. Whether they’re chasing a personal best, competing for their team, or simply pushing through a tough race, our Trojans continue to represent Drummond with pride!

Building Businesses Through Football

Students in our Business Foundations class are taking their learning beyond the textbook and into the world of sports business.

As part of a hands-on football business project, students are building their own football businesses while exploring concepts such as branding, marketing, finances, decision-making, and business strategy. The project gives students an opportunity to apply business concepts to a familiar and engaging topic while developing creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills.

It’s a great example of how our students are learning to connect classroom concepts to real-world applications.
