Cash and me. He has continued the twice daily nicker at feed time. His nicker has gotten so much lower, Tap had a deep nicker! I hope Cash continues this forever, he’s filling in the missing nicker. Wow, blows my mind🐴❤️👍

Video 2……Letting them GO and get the BUCK OUT!
First, I should never had been that close to Cash. Complacency happens to us all. Not good
I always do this, just let them get it out! I don’t worry about turning, which gait, just let it all go!
A MUCH SAFER RIDE FOR U NOW!
After this, then I get serious but always relaxed w my body movements. They pick up on EVERYTHING! The quiet the rider, the quiet the horse will b. U go up w ur energy when needed than back to quite. Ur horse will feel your energy at all times.

I use all Natural Horsemanship on ground work. To expand on Video 1……. Having Cash go through gate first and turn his hindquarters away fr me.
When a horse turns his butt towards u, it’s a sign of disrespect! It’s never allowed at any time.
I first swing the rope, 12ft not 9ft, I use Clinton Anderson’s gear, towards his rear to get him moving and I lead w the rope at his halter beneath chin. to help guide him. outside round pen. Once he is going in, sometimes they balk at first, then I go back to swinging at his rear until he completely turns it away fr me, he faces me. He then has “ 2 eyes “ on me at end. Thats what u want! So, fr the beginning to end, U R MOVING HIS FEET, U R ALPHA! Horses will know where they fall now and that’s 1 rung below u. It’s maintaining that Alpha role that has to b 100% all the time. Timing is everything.
U R STARTING UR TIME WITH UR HORSE FR THIS MOMENT. Never allow a horse to turn w his butt in! I had to physically change directions fr his halter to get him to learn to always turn his front into round pen when changing directions. It takes time but they all get it and it makes for a nice place to start a relaxed correct lunge! But always b on guard and very still in ur movement, which effects his movement!
On to Video 2
