📚✏️At Sunrise Christian Schoolhouse, we believe some of the best learning happens with a pencil in hand and a notebook on the desk. ✏️📚

Research continues to show that writing by hand helps children improve memory, comprehension, focus, and critical thinking skills. Pen-and-paper learning encourages students to slow down, process information more deeply, and develop strong handwriting and note-taking abilities.✏️📚

🇺🇸Our 4th & 5th graders’ field trip yesterday to the National Pacific War Museum was both meaningful and memorable. We explored powerful exhibits on the Pacific Theater, including detailed artifacts, personal stories of soldiers, and interactive displays that helped students gain a deeper understanding of the challenges, sacrifices, and historical significance of this period in history. 🇺🇸. It’s a beautiful museum, and we highly recommend a visit!
