TWIN OAKS-Elementary/middle school Program serving Kinder through Sixth grade in the heart of Dripping Springs, Texas. 💚 The mission of OakSong School is to restore JOY to the young child's educational experience by providing a natural environment that fulfills a child's fundamental need for exploration and discovery. NATURE guides a child towards resilience and cultivates confidence, while allowing the child to think independently and learn to take healthy risk at an early age. The Environment at OakSong School is holistic in nature, where families and children can feel at home in a place of comfort and joy. Every indoor and outdoor space has been designed to naturally provoke interest and provide for meaningful experiences. Our materials are inspired by Reggio Emilia philosophies, in which the environment acts as the third teacher, supplying children with thoughtful interactions. Our indoor and outdoor classrooms encourage critical thinking and investment through long term processing. The families at OakSong School are deeply valued and loved. As a school, we value each and every family and strive to meet each family's needs by providing parent education, family events, and volunteer opportunities. The children we serve include:
Infants two months to 18 months
Toddlers 18 months to 3 years
Preschool 3 years to 5 years
Pre-Kindergarten & Transitional Kindergarten
Summer Camps
OakSong School values MUSIC and offers weekly music with “Groundwork Music Project” and private piano.
