DELCO Early Learning Centers are proud to serve all diversified cultures of Delaware county communities for over 70 years. Our centers are state licensed, four stars, and NAEYC accredited. We welcome each and every culture into our centers to experience the wonderful, enriching, highly academic curriculum and family environment. Our centers are organized to provide a quality early learning program

to meet the social, emotional, and cognitive needs of each child. Coming to the center and becoming part of a group is a new and strange experience for the young children, and they need all the support and understanding their families and teachers can provide to make their new experience a happy one. The DELCO Early Learning Center teachers’ qualifications meet DPW, Keystone Stars, and NAEYC standards. All three Delco sites offer CDA certified, Associates, Baccalaureate, or Master degree and PA certified staff. All of the teachers are CPR/FIRST AID certified, and have their clearances.

Each month offers activities families can do together in a variety of settings. The activities within the Learning is Everywhere Calendar and on the website are aligned with the Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards (ELS).
