Congratulations to Fr. Joseph Farrell, O.S.A. ('81, HOF '18), who was elected as the new Prior General of the worldwide Order of St. Augustine. See link ⬇️

Another joyous moment for our Order occurred when Fr. Joe Farrell, O.S.A., was elected as the new Prior General of the worldwide Order of St. Augustine.

The Curia defines the Prior General as “the head of the Order and its supreme authority... The Order commends its administration and governance into his care with confidence in his foresight and faithfulness. The Prior General, therefore, is to be obeyed as a father. He himself should be the servant of all, in order that the common good of the Order may be realized."

We are thankful for Fr. Joe's leadership, and we continue to pray for him in his new role!
