🎳 Fun Beyond Campus!

Gateway students have plenty of opportunities to get out into the community, try new things, and enjoy time together!

From bowling and movies to the rec center, outings, festivals and volunteer activities, these experiences give our students a chance to build confidence, practice social skills, and—most importantly—have some fun! 💙

Because sometimes, a little friendly competition and a lot of laughter are exactly what you need. 😊

Gateway Academy is in California! 💙

Today, we had the opportunity to attend the East Valley RTC Fair and connect with professionals who are dedicated to helping adolescents and families find the right support.

We’re especially grateful to be a California Department of Education (CDE)-approved Nonpublic School (NPS). This allows us to be a resource for California families, school districts, and educational professionals seeking an integrated approach that brings clinical care and academics together.

We’re grateful for the connections, conversations, and opportunity to support students across California. 💙

🐴 Sometimes the most meaningful growth happens outside the therapy room.

Through equine therapy, our students have the opportunity to build confidence, trust, self-awareness, and emotional regulation while developing a unique connection with horses.

They’re not just talking about growth—they’re experiencing it. 💙

Julie and Dave enjoyed connecting with other professionals at the NE NATSAP Conference!

Dave enjoyed the opportunity to present, and both Julie and Dave loved connecting with so many like-minded professionals who are doing important work in our field.

At Gateway, we truly value the opportunity to collaborate, share ideas, learn from one another, and build relationships with professionals who are equally committed to helping adolescents and families thrive.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect with colleagues from across the field and strengthen the work we do together. 💙

🍂 Fall is here at Gateway!

Cooler temperatures mean it’s the perfect time to get outside, get moving, and enjoy some time together. 🏀 Our students are making the most of the beautiful fall weather—building friendships, staying active, and enjoying the simple moments that make life at Gateway special.

At Gateway, we believe that connection, community, and opportunities to simply be kids are an important part of the therapeutic journey.

Fall days + basketball + good company = a pretty great combination. 🍁🏀
